Exercise Right was chosen to enter into the 2020 RMIT Adobe UX Awards and was placed as a semi finalist. This app is based on a user persona developed during the first semester of Interactive unit in the Diploma of Digital Media Technologies.
“A clean, fresh and professional look and feel. The program takes a custom and personalised approach to creating an online program tailored for the user. It allows the user to feel in control and progress through levels as their fitness and health improves. The link to your HealthCare professional is also a useful tool. A great app with huge potential, well done.”
“Great job with this project, you should be very proud of the overall result.”
“Congratulations on the creation and presentation of your application! I was really impressed with how fresh this app feels. As I watched your presentation, I actually felt refreshed by the design!! I really loved you UI design and the pops of colour. A highlight for me was your profile page. Very clean and intuitive, I liked your use of size and scale with your tracking and the pops of colour in your buttons. Some feedback would be to uplift the design on your Day tracker at the top of you screen in the main dashboard. Currently, the style of the UI looks like a slider, where as I understand it is intended to be a progress bar for the user to track. Another highlight for me was in your introductory 'steps' section, where you used emotions for people to rate pain and energy. I'm not sure if intentional, but this system is commonly used by health professionals on patients and so this was a clever choice which adds to the professionalism of the app! Congratulations and great work.”
